By accessing or using Instant Book Writer, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

These terms apply to our website, studio application, exports, AI-powered features, and related support workflows.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep it reasonably up to date. We may suspend or restrict access if information is inaccurate, misleading, or used in a way that creates security or abuse risks.

Some features may require a paid plan. Pricing, usage limits, and plan features may change over time, but any active subscription terms shown to you at purchase will control until your current billing period ends.

If billing is processed through a third-party provider such as Stripe, you also agree to that provider's terms and payment rules. You are responsible for applicable taxes, chargebacks, and failed payments associated with your account.

You retain ownership of the content you submit to the service, including audio, transcripts, prompts, notes, and manuscript material.

You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, and transform that content only as needed to operate the service, generate outputs, improve reliability, prevent abuse, and fulfill your requests.

AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, repetitive, or not suitable for publication without review. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any output before relying on it.

You may not use the service to:

• Violate laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
• Upload or generate malicious, fraudulent, defamatory, or abusive content.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, scrape, or overload the service.
• Bypass usage limits, account restrictions, or security controls.
• Use the service to process content that you do not have the right to use.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these terms, created legal exposure, abused the platform, or created security risks for other users or the service.

We may also remove inactive, unpaid, or trial accounts after reasonable notice where legally permitted.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect transcription accuracy, or error-free AI output.

Except where prohibited by law, we disclaim implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Instant Book Writer and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

Our total liability for claims arising out of or related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
